Cadillac 370 D SRS Airbag Modules
The Cadillac 370D was restyled again in the year 1934, but this time it was mounted on a completely new chassis. They also had the radiator grille slanted rearward with a central bar and five horizontal sections, the windshield sloped even more rearward, headlights were enclosed in new teardrop housings mounted on streamlined support. Also, they had the horns joined the radiator cap under the hood, the spare tire was concealed under a new beavertail deck on most models and the whole car sat approximately 2 inches lower than the other models. Something that is worthy of attention is the mechanical advancements, which included dual X-frame chassis construction, and "Knee-Action" front coil spring suspension that greatly reduced unsprung weight and Hotchkiss steering.

There were lots of things that were added to the Cadillac 370 D and many things that were taken off to make the vehicle better for its customers. One thing they didn’t change though was adding safety components to the vehicle. One of the safety equipment that it did not have is airbags. Airbags are made to protect you from hitting the windshield and give you a little bit more cushion when you get into an accident. If you do own a vehicle and notice that your airbag light it own, there can be many reasons for that. You should never be tempted to ignore an airbag light because that can mean that it won’t work properly and do its job if you get into an accident. You should always go into a local shop like Safety Restore to get an SRS airbag module reset. They will reprogram your SRS module to factory conditions, making the airbag computer as good as new.
